It´s a large apt. with large living room, the kitchen is well equipped, there is a big table with benches and chairs, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, . Lots of dishes, plates, pots. Super south-west facing balcony with table and chairs. There are 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a double-bed, I think it´s a queen-bed (width 160 cms) with extra WC. Second bedroom has a bunk-bed and small foldable couch. The bathroom is spacious with a washing machine, soap, toilet paper, hairdryer, towels. The best is that it takes really few steps to the slopes to Bad Kleinkirchheim part and also few steps to St. Oswald skiresort. Our family of 5 likes it. We would return.

There is a small ski-room without any dryer of ski boots. You have to take the boots to the apt. There is no cafe nearby for the morning kick-up.

Really good location for skiers, the lifts are close

The place was clean except for the couch in the livingroom. It needs a cleaning or perhaps a replacement.

Great location for skiing (two nearby ski lifts that go to opposite directions), spacy apartment, two toilets, ground floor, very clean, spacy closets…

A fifth person sleeping would not be so comfortable as the sofa is not so good for sleeping. For sitting it is great. Pillows rather small and thin. Garbage bins get emptied just once a week and when the whole house is occupied it gets overloaded fast (this is not the owner’s fault but it has to be mentioned).
