Flat in good location and town lovely but lack of any practical parking causes stress and anxiety

Property is in a quiet location away from the bustling seafront. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and one small grocery shop. However, the view is of neighbouring buildings, there is no sea view. Beds are comfortable, kitchen reasonably well equipped. There are steep stairs from the door to the apartment itself.

Be warned. There is NO parking at the property, no free parking anywhere within a mile, and for most of the day and night all paid car parks within walking distance are full and have queues waiting for spaces. We arrived knowing none of this, having been misled by statement regarding parking in the property description. We toured the area for a long time, and eventually parked in a private car park 30 minutes away and had to carry our luggage to the property. A car is a problem if staying here.

Excellent location and spacious space apartment!!

Excellent location, spacious apartment, 3 doubles rooms comfortably for family or group of friends. Apartment has two floors with quite narrow staircases which we love but might not suitable for the elderly. Kitchen has all the equipment needed. The bonus of the apartment is the balconies which great for hanging clothes and for chilling out in the evening.

Excellent value for money, with all facilities needed for a very comfortable stay- right in the centre of the old town.

Location excellent all facilities that you could need air conditioning essential with the heat. When inside you’d never know you were in the middle of the old town. 2 balconies great for relaxing and drying clothes. In a quiet zone so slept well.

Exceptional

We particularly enjoyed the cleanliness, the wonderful little details in the apartment, the two lovely balconies. The apartment is in the very heart of Rovinj, however, we slept like logs the entire time :) Our hostess Laura was extremely welcoming and pleasant and provided very useful recommendations. All in all, the apartment is a wonderful choice for larger groups wishing to explore Rovinj and its vicinity.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Old Town Rovinj

Beautiful apartment right in the heart of old town Rovinj! It looks JUST like in the photos, which isn't always the case. The kitchen had all the things you would need to cook. The apartment even had iron, ironing board and two hair dryers! The rooms were all spacious and had plenty of wardrobe space.

Location in old town.

The stairs . Not suitable for senior people . Cobbled pavement difficult to walk with luggages . Luckily the owner managed to provide transporter for our luggages to the station .

Top Lage mitten in der Altstadt

Schon vor der Anreise war dier Kontakt mit der Vermietungsagentur sehr angenehm. Ich habe alle Informationen erhalten, die ich zur Anreise benötigt habe. Super Lage mitten in der Stadt. Es wurde uns von der Vermietungsagentur auch ein Transport mit Golf Car organisiert, damit wir gegen geringen Aufpreis mit unserem Gepäck vom Parkplatz außerhalb der Stadt bis zum Quartier gebracht werden konnten, und am Abreisetag wurden wir wieder zum Parkplatz gebracht. Es handelt sich um ein altes Haus in der Altstadt und um altes Gemäuer - darauf haben wir uns eingestellt und für uns hat es gut gepasst. Zu beachten sind die sehr steilen Stiegenaufgänge im Haus! Für uns als Freundegruppe war es auch angenehm, dass im Haus zwei Badezimmer mit jeweils einer Toilette vorhanden waren. (in jeder Etage 1 Badezimmer)

An der Nachbarstür hat jemand mit Hund gewohnt. Der Hund war vor der Tür angeleint und es waren ständig mehrere Hundekot-Haufen vor der Tür, an denen wir vorbeigehen mussten.

Im Herzen der Altstadt

Das Apartment liegt mitten in der Altstadt, es ist aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Man geht nur 5 Min. zum Stadtstrand. Vom Flur kommt man über eine steile Treppe in den Wohnraum und die Küche. Auf dieser Ebene befindet sich auch das Bad mit der Badewanne, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Balkon. Über eine zweite steile Treppe kommt man zu den zwei anderen Schlafzimmern, dem Bad mit der Dusche und der Dachterasse mit Grill. In jedem Zimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Betten sehr bequem. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Internet funktioniert sehr gut. Die Agentur hat für uns einen Transport unseres Gepäcks vom gratis Parkplatz zur Unterkunft organisiert. Das war ein großer Luxus!

Nur zum Beachten: es gibt 2 steile Treppen in der Wohnung.

Kurzurlaub in Rovinj

Uns hat sowohl die Nähe zum Strand und auch in die Stadt sehr gefallen. Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet. Die Angestellte von der Vermieterin war sehr nett. Ich kann diese Wohnung echt empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Es waren ganz oben viele Ameisen . Das Apartment war nicht ganz sauber geputzt. Aber nach Beanstandung wurde es sofort korrigiert. Die Stufen sind sehr steil. Für Ältere Menschen und Menschen mit Gehbehinderung eher ungeeignet. Für uns war es kein Problem.
