Gyönyörű helyen található a ház, a kilátás a teraszról pazar. (Nem a szállás hibája, de sajnálatos, hogy a ház előtt található Hotel Rovinj évtizedek óta romokban van.)
Sajnos az összes korábbi bejegyzésben írtak igazak. Még sajnálatosabb, hogy a szállásadó ezekkel nem foglalkozik, így adja ki az apartmant. Csak ismételni tudom a korábbi vendégeket: az ágyak szétestek, kényelmetlenek, a vízcsap kijár a helyéről, a klímák csak részben működnek, a wc deszka letört és rettenetes, a hűtőben a fagyasztó ajtaja lejár, a kert gondozatlan, egy szétkorhadt grillsütő áll a közepén, a teraszok árnyékolói leszakadtak, össze vissza lógnak, szélben lehetetlen tőlük aludni, stb. Sajnálatos, hogy ilyen szállást ki lehet adni, foglaláskor azt gondoltam, hogy ezeket a dolgokat rég megoldotta a tulajdonos. Sajnos nem. Így ezért ennyi pénzt kérni pofátlanság.

Kilátás a tengerre a nagy teraszról. Az óvárosi elhelyezkedés. A szállásadó tuktukkal szállított a parkolótól a szállásra, mivel az óvárosba nem lehet autóval behajtani.
A szállás elhagyásakor a tuktuk szállítás nem ment gördülékenyen, a megbeszélthez képest késedelmesen tudtuk elhagyni a szállást, amikor a takarítók már a apartmanban dolgoztak.

Kényelmes, tágas, 2 terasz szép panoráma, pezsgőfürdő, minőségi konyhai berendezés. Foglalható parkoló, a csomagokat a szállásra szállították.
Néhány meghibásodás esetén a karbantartás hiánya ( pl csepegő mosdó, klíma)

It is an apartment with great location and potential.
It had great seaview and the Jakuzzi was OK.
It could be a great place but with proper maintenance.
It was positive that I got a free parking place (10 mins away in town) as compensation.
Lots of thinks were broken and did not work properly in the apartment. The price was very high and on this price it is unacceptable.
Customer care and problem solving there were not really.
I reported the issues and a quick fix was promised but the help newer arrived. Ok, the stuff was friendly, that is a positive thing but for the money I had to pay it is not enough.
