The property was a short walk from town, with great views over the surrounding area. I checked in quickly and was provided with a lot of information about how to get into town, what there was to do and where was good to eat. Breakfast buffet was served from 8am and provided a good start to the day. The shortcut along the greenway provided a quick route to the station and a Tesco store too. The spa facilities were provided through a local hotel, and were available from 9am - 9 pm. The bed was comfortable and room was secure. All in all, a great choice for spending a couple of days in Westport. While I didnt have a car, there were plenty of parking spaces outside, and around the property.
Everything was perfect during my stay. Once I settled in and found the quick route into town, along the Greenway, it felt like home from home.

The room and the location were both very beautiful and charming. We also really appreciated the lady who looked after us; she was very pleasant and welcoming.
However, we had some issues with the noise. Our room was right next to the shared bathroom, and we could hear everything from there, as well as all the sounds from the hallway. Unfortunately, this woke us up at 6 AM.
As for the breakfast, it was delicious, but very sweet. We would have appreciated some savory options, as eggs were missing from the menu.

The location is in a pretty spot with good views.
