Beautiful cabin and location, but long management chain with poor communication

The property and location were amazing. Very well equipped, lovely views over the lake and perfect for our stay.

Communication and management from Interhomes was bad and is what stopped this being 10/10. The property is owned by someone local, managed by a separate (local) business, with bookings/administration done by Interhomes - all of which done through Booking.com. This length of chain made getting answers about the property difficult. Their replies to my questions were slow (two weeks), always answered by a different person, and, at times, unhelpful - when asking about check-in times and type of vehicle required to reach the property, they said they couldn't tell me and didnt offer to try and find out. Frustrating and not straightforward.

Purtroppo c’è un solo bagno in casa, per i gruppi numerosi non è il massimo (eravamo in 7). C’è un altro bagno tipo chimico affianco al deposito, ma in inverno la vedo difficile poterlo usare

Eccezionale!

La casa è estremamente confortevole, specialmente per famiglie con bambini anche piccoli. È molto grande, quindi può ospitare anche due famiglie (c'è però un bagno solo). Ci sono anche a disposizione molti oggetti per fare attività come pesca sul ghiaccio o passeggiare nella foresta (ciaspole, etc.). Sicuramente torneremo!
