Magnificent view and comfortable cottage well located, but no real bathroom/2nd WC and insufficient wood for the wee

The view was beautiful. The cottage was very comfortable and perfectly heated. The location was ideal, and the facilities were very appreciable.

There was no real bathroom, nor a second toilet. In addition, there was not enough wood for a week: we only received one bag for seven days.

Chalet magnifique, emplacement magique !

L'emplacement (colline du Kaunispää, quartier Etelärinne) est clairement le plus "waouh" de Saariselkä ! Le sommet du Kaunispää (et restaurant Kaunispään Huippu) est à 3 mn en voiture : idéal pour les aurores. Il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas de véritable salle de bain : un lavabo se trouve dans les toilettes. Et dans une autre pièce, il y a la douche (sans lavabo pour le visage) et le sauna. Ceci est à savoir car ce n'est pas indiqué dans la description : même si ça ne représente pas un réel problème. Il n'y a qu'un seul WC, un seul lavabo, et une seule douche, pour un chalet prévu pour 8 personnes. Pour notre part, nous n'étions que 2, donc strictement aucun souci ! Le chalet est magnifique, très propre, rien ne manque. Le petit kota dans le jardin est féérique ! (non destiné aux clients). La vaisselle est prévue en grande quantité, la base alimentaire est bien garnie (sel, poivre, huile, etc.), la base sanitaire également (savon, essuie-tout, papier toilette). Les lits sont faits à l'arrivée, les serviettes de toilette sont fournies. En bonus : machine à laver, armoire séchante, WiFi parfaitement fonctionnel et rapide. Et le carport est très appréciable lorsqu'on a loué une voiture. Pour ceux qui n'ont pas de voiture, le "skibus" dessert toute la ville plusieurs fois par jour. Tout a été parfait.

Séjour avec des amis français / finlandais.

Tout était parfait! Superbe localisation, possibilité de voir facilement des aurores, soit du chalet, soit un peu plus haut en y aller à pied. Les chambres sont spacieuses et il y a tout le matériel nécessaire dans le logement et même plus que ce que je pensais.

Pour 8 le logement est peux être un petit peu petit. Je dirais qu'il est parfait pour 6.
