Absolutely incredible

The location of the villa is perfect, at the top of Saariselka with an incredible view, every window is like looking out at a snow globe and it is in such a quiet and tranquil location. Sleds provided which our little one loves riding in when we walked into town or to the near by sledding slope. The sauna is perfect for winding down in the evenings. Natascha could not have been more helpful, she arranged an airport shuttle too and from Ivalo airport directly to the villa, made sure the food and drink we wanted was there on arrival and even saved the day when our phones wouldn’t let us call a taxi and did that for us.

Space and equipments such as electric Sauna was exceptionally easy to use and make us very comfortable. Scienery from from big dining & living room was so good! Occasionally in the morning, we met reindeers around the cottage.

modern and beautiful space with high quality furniture. Checkin with Natasha was super smooth and pleasant. she took the time to show us every single room in the property and we really appreciated it. sauna is incredible, double showers, kitchen equipment amazing. also perfect for a group of 4 people. one thing we loved was the car cover.

Magical out of the world experience

the property was located in a magical location. the property was absolutely clean and well stocked. it had 4 massive bedrooms with more than enough washrooms. there was adequate parking for two cars. the sauna was huge and had an outdoor patio as well. there was ample cutlery at the house for around 10-15 people.

It is a luxurious and spacious house with three bedrooms, a large sauna and a balcony with a wonderful view. It is an amazing location, as if it were a legend. Our group consisted of two families with children, and everything we needed was provided. We would definitely return to this house if we were to return to Lapland. It has been a pleasure staying in your amazing apartments and accommodations. Thank you very much!

An outstanding place to stay in a beautiful location. Completely magical.

An absolutely outstanding property. Very modern, kept to the highest standards and with exceptional facilities, including double shower, sauna, drying room, large dining table, excellent kitchen facilities and beautiful surrounds. The location is magical - we felt like the only people in the world - it was so peaceful. Our children loved diving into the deep snow in the garden and sledding down the very quiet road on the sled provided. Our only regret is that we didn’t book for longer.

Everything was perfect. We could not find a single fault!

Beautiful villa close to ski slopes. Lots of activities locally. Quiet area with stunning views. Well equipped villa with great sauna.

It was a shame that we were not allowed to use the fireplace. It would have improved the atmosphere even further. It would have been good to know about it in advance.

Excellent stay in a beautiful villa

Fantastic villa - nicely designed, comfortable and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and great sauna section. It is in a beautiful, quiet, hillside area outside of the village of Saariselkä. Very friendly and responsive host who was always available to help. The villa was very clean and the host had taken other safety measures as well, so it felt like a safe option in COVID-times. Mökki ei vastannut odotuksia

Tilava ja avara mökki (Asta in the forest). Hyvät sängyt. Hieno keittiö. Isoista ikkunoista näkyi hyvin ulos - ja sisään. Kaksi WC:tä ja vaatteiden pesumahdollisuus sekä hyvä sauna. Autolle oli katos ja urheiluvälineille varasto

Vuoteisiin piti sijata lakanat itse vaikka mökkiä mainostettiin luksustasoisena. Tyynyjä oli yksi per henkilö. Lattiat olivat enimmäkseen kylmiä. Kuvauksessa kerrotut varusteet eivät ilmeisesti ole aina saataville. Terassikalusteina oli kaksi tuolia. Yhtenä mökin valintaperusteenamme ollut takka olikin tarkoitettu käytettäväksi vain muutamana kuukautena vuodessa, mutta ei vierailumme aikana. Keskustelun jälkeen saimme pienen kopallisen puita, lisäpuut olisivat olleet maksullisia. Samalla tuotiin pyynnöstä WC-paperia, jota mökistä uupui. Mökissä oli isot ikkunat, mutta niissä ei ollut makuuhuoneita lukuun ottamatta verhoja, ei edes saunan pukeutumistilassa. Mökin lähellä on kuitenkin kevyenliikenteen väylä sekä naapureita. Kalusteita oli makuumme liian vähän, ei mattoja, raheja, sohvatyynyä, torkkupeittoa tai mitään muuta pehmentävää ja mukavuutta lisäävää. Meitä pyydettiin lisäksi hyväksymään mökkikirjan säännöt, mökkikirjaa ei kuitenkaan löytynyt mistään. Äänieristys mökin sisällä oli heikko. Moni näistä viihtyisyyttä vähentävistä kohdista olisi ollut helposti korjattavissa.

Sijainti vaatii melkein välttämättä auton, muuten on hankalaa liikkua rinteisiin ja kylän palveluihin.

Ladut ja rinteet olisivat voineet olla paremmalla hoidolla. Mutta sesonki alkaa toki olla lopuillaan, ettei panostus ole enää niin kattava.

Wunderschönes Haus, definitive Empfehlung für einen Winterurlaub

Die Lage ist großartig. Eine große Fensterfront mit Blick gen Süden, man hat viel Sonne und wundervolle Sicht auf die schneebedeckte Gegend. Das Haus ist komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet Platz genug zum Kochen, die Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel.

Es gibt kaum Grund zu Kritik. Am Anfang hat es ein wenig gebraucht, bis die Fußbodenheizung soweit war, aber das ist naturgemäß so.

Tolle neue Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage

Die Unterkunft und Lage waren ein Traum, mitten im Schneeparadies. Das Haus ist noch sehr neu, sehr groß und geräumig, super mit allem ausgestattet. Großes Wohnzimmer, große tolle Sauna, bequeme Betten, schöne moderne offene Küche + Kamin mit Blick aus den großen zimmerhohen Fenstern nach draußen. Tolle einfache Kommunikation mit dem Host der Unterkunft. Late Check-Out war zB möglich.

Dadurch, dass das Haus sehr groß ist, wird es nur schwierig warm. Im Wohnzimmer, wenn man die Tür zum Flur schließt, alles kein Problem. Im hinteren Teil, in dem sich die Schlafzimmer befinden, hat man sich aufgrund der Kälte nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt. Wir mussten zum schlafen lange Sachen anziehen und die Wolldecken on top benutzen. Problem wurde nach Kommunikation auch kurzfristig einen halben Tag behoben und die Temperatur wurde angehoben (kann leider nur der Host selber machen), am Abend als wir zurück waren leider alles wieder beim Alten. Es war nur eine Box Feuerholz im Preis inkl. Danach musste man sich selber Holz besorgen. Bei dem hohen Mietpreis der Unterkunft sollte das wohl all in sein.

Het is een erg mooi huis

Het huis is erg mooi, groot en prachtig van buiten en van binnen. Er zijn veel kamers, de sauna ruimte is groot en mooi. Stoelen en banken zitten goed, slaapkamers zijn ruim genoeg.

Wat echt heel slecht is, is het gebrek aan zonsverduistering. Gordijnen zijn er niet. Op de slaapkamers is een zeer beperkt jaloezieën aanwezig, maar er zijn ook ramen zonder verduistering. Echt heel slecht!
