    We stayed at Star Arctic Hotel as a special luxury treat during our trip, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to our expectations. The suite itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts of chocolates and champagne, which made for a lovely first impression. However, for a hotel at this price point, we expected more attention to detail when it came to maintaining the outdoor areas. The entrance to our suite was covered with several days' worth of snow, making it quite slippery to walk through. There were also snow sleds outside our cabin that appeared to be for guest use, but they were dirty and looked as though they hadn't been maintained for some time. We also found the private sauna disappointing. It had a large gap beneath the door, meaning it struggled to retain heat and never reached the temperature you would expect from a sauna. Every time the door was opened, the heat escaped almost immediately, making it difficult to enjoy what should have been one of the highlights of the suite. The balcony was also heavily covered in snow, making it difficult to access. We completely understand that snowfall is part of the Arctic experience and can't be controlled. However, clearing key guest areas such as entrances and balconies more regularly would make these spaces safer and far more enjoyable to use. Overall, the suite itself was lovely and the staff's welcome touches were appreciated, but the overall experience didn't quite match the premium price. A little more attention to maintaining the outdoor areas and ensuring facilities like the sauna function as expected would significantly elevate the guest experience.

    Everything is good, except for the location is slightly away from the city and difficult to access. I taking bus to holiday club and walk to a nearby k market to take a taxi to the hotel. Gratefully the restaurant staff help to book a cab as there is no cab waiting at the taxi stand and you will need to make a call to book the cab. We heading to next destination early morning at 7am and couldn’t enjoy the breakfast, and the staff willing to help us to pack the food for take away. Really appreciated it.
