Yleinen viihtyisyys oli erinomainen. Huoneisto oli juuri sopiva 4 henkilölle ja sen pohja oli todella toimiva. Sijainti oli loistava.
Keittiötarvikkeet olivat kuluneita. Avaimia olisi saanut olla kaksi kun meitä oli 4 henkilöä. Useita halogeenivaloja oli pois pelistä. Saunan kiuas oli kovin tehoton. TV oli pieni ja olisi saanut sijaita toisessa kohdassa (takan päällä).
