The location is very good. We could walk to the old city and other places in about 20 minutes. Even it is located in a main road, the hotel is well soundproof. There was a woman with short hair, she was the kindest person in the hotel.
The carpet of the room was dirty and the smell of cigarette in the room. It seems they don't separate smoking from non smoking rooms. The pillows smell horrible, and they were so high that you could sleep in a seated position. The breakfast was always the same.

Everything was exactly as expected. The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming and always happy to help. It felt like staying with people who really care about their guests.
Nothing worth mentioning. I had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is clean, located not far from the city center, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
However, the street outside is noisy, coffee is not included in the paid breakfast, and the pie was spoiled.
