Good location-close to have a walk in centre till waterfall. Clean, comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. Patient and kind staff. They prepared breakfast for our group a bit earlier- thank you very much!!!

No elevator- If you have luggage you have to carry it. Keys for rooms are really stylish but not practical.

breakfast is very poor. no english spoken, only russian. no terrace to sit outside. building is very dark and not well isolated
