Old Tbilisi Avlabari Apartments

Really friendly staff, easy communication. The apartment is spacious, super clean, hairdryer, slippers, toiletries are provided. Full kitchen, not very well equipped, but it was sufficient for me.

I was disappointed the washing machine did not work. Air conditioning is only in the kitchen, so some additional fan in the bedroom would be useful, it was too hot to sleep. The access from the metro station is quite uphill!

Amazing apartment, very clean and comfortable. Great location and a very helpful host. I really enjoyed my stay in Tbilisi and would definitely come back 🩵

Don't be fooled by all the pictures. They appear to be from several different accommodations, and not all of the rooms are as they might seem based on the photos. Some of the pictures also appear to have been AI-edited to hide mold stains on the ceiling and even remove a door. On top of that, it was quite noisy at night, probably due to the air conditioning of the neighbors (who live on the terrace of the accomodation) Overall, the accommodation was very different from what we expected based on the pictures.
