I wouldn't consider it a five-star hotel; the facilities are very poor, they don't understand the service a five-star hotel needs, and why customers choose a five-star hotel, even though the staff are very kind and sweet. Some items don't work in the room.

Mariam on reception was delightful; extremely helpful and friendly. Sunil in restaurant was very helpful, too. Restaurant had some issues with menu in the evening. Very few side dishes, which is a must for Indian food and, despite all day dining, oven only on from 7pm, so we had to wait a long time for the naan. Food was very tasty, though. Breakfast also very good. Menemen was a new experience for me and one I shall endeavour to recreate back home.

Only one restaurant is available in the entire hotel, upon check in I went to the restaurant to wait for my room to be ready, randomly some guy started shouting close close go out with no explanation, and nothing is walking distance.
