I always prefer a bath instead of a shower but hotels do not seem to accommodate bath lovers. It was a pity, although parking in the hotel car park we still had to pay 7 euros.

Super comfy stay in rown center.

Everything. Room was very comfortable with a lot of natural light. It had a comfy chair and couch in the room. Everything was spotless. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Parking was easy. Location was an easy walk to the Dom and town center with a supermarket only a 3 minute walk.

Excellent base to explore Speyer and the wine country.

Spacious room with two chairs, and excellent shower room with two washbasins and a bidet. Staff very friendly.

They make you feel special

I was made to feel very welcome the moment I arrived. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was very well supplied, the freshly made fruit salad being extremely popular for a reason. Everything was fresh and presented in an appetizing way. Staff was quick to cater to anyobe's needs. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel offers excellent service, great food and outstanding ambience.

The bed was not so much to my liking. It was very low and the mattress sloped to one side - it might help to turn it over. I did sleep well, though.

Room has no A/C. No ventillation. Corridors has AC. I wonder how they solve the heating in cold season. Breakfast is so -so. Invoice is hand written(!) in 21 century. On top of that still nice place but pricing is high due to these.

Located within walking distance of the old town, beautiful small boutique hotel

Located within walking distance of the old town, beautiful small boutique hotel. We were able to park the motorcycles in the courtyard of the hotel which was locked in the evening. The room was large, very clean and had air conditioning, which was a bonus as it was 29 degrees outside. The bathroom was large and also very clean. The hotel bar area is stunning with ivy strewn walls and cobbled paving, and has a small bar / restaurant also located next door. Breakfast was plentiful and was lovely to sit outside. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff at the front desk, simple but cozy room, centrally located. Public parking (4.50 Euro per day) garage close to the hotel. Breakfast was OK.

The location was perfect for the town centre. There is parking close to the hotel and a good choice of restaurant's if you don't want to eat in the hotel. The rooms are clean and have plenty of space.

The only problem I had was being able to hear other people in their rooms. This was irritating and led to a lack of sleep.

The lift, big enough for 2 p. so it's ok with a small baggage. Better than none. The public car park is 200m away.

Great choice for Speyer

Really nice hotel! Great location, just a few steps from the old city gate. The room was large, comfortable, stylish and very clean. Good breakfast. Parking in the (public) garage next door was cheap and easy. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately the attached wine bar was closed on the day of our stay so we have to come again!

The breakfast buffet was a bit crowded, it was quite impossible to follow the corona guidelines. Other than that, everything was great! Price a bit high but definitely great value for Speyer.
