Excellent value and close to the city of spires.

Excellent price, 10 mins walk from the train station, just a short walk to the town square. Comfortable room with desk, fridge and coffee machine. Good hot, spacious shower.

Long walk to your room

Nice big room, good quality furniture, air conditioning , bike storage and location

Very dirty/dusty bike cellar . Fridge did not cool down properly . Staff at check in should have better explained how to access and find your room. We got the room (349)which was further rest away from the reception, without telling us where the nearest lift was resulting into 20 minutes walking around the hotel and trying to find our room.

Very clean, very nice staff!

The property structure was a little confusing because it’s within a mall. Also: the WiFi was terrible. It might just have been my room but I wasn’t able to work with the WiFi provided.

Good location. No internet for several days. That is the reason for the low score

The location and the hotel were fine. As well the reception staff were friendly and doing their best

(01) There is not a 24/7 reception (02) I stayed 4 nights and there was no WiFi, or any internet to which one could connect. The staff felt embarrassed they could not do much to resolve this. This seems had started previous to my arrival. And it had not been resolved by the time I left after 4 days. (03) The smart flat-screen HDTV was not functional either. (04) I was told there was no parking place. The most sensitive part in my case was not having internet for work. The hotel itself is well located but it loses value when there is no internet for so long. On these days internet is equivalent to running water. Both are very much needed.

Great price for accommodation in the center. The room was well equipped, including a coffee maker. The back entrance of the hotel led directly to the pedestrian area where there was a good Italian restaurant.

I do not suggest.

Due to the fact that I did not get any room because the hotel messed up reservation, there was actually nothing what I liked.

Very slow check-in process, I was waiting 40 minutes in a queue with other 6 ppl. Terrible customer service - after informing me that they don’t have a room for me, I was told to contact manager the next day and find a hotel myself. I was also told to hurry, because I could end up without any accommodation at all.

Excellent stay, very quiet and comfortable and location was perfect!

Location was fantastic - very central. A short walk from a lot of historic churches etc. Breakfast excellent. Very modern and clean. Very warm - no heating issues and very very quiet!

The pool queues for the pool table were very worn out - not able to play properly sadly!

The location of the hotel is superb! Its right near the beginning of the town center and is within walking distance to a lot of sights and spots (e.g. Dom, Museum, Technikmuseum) The breakfast daily was also plenty. They also catered to our need for gluten-free bread upon request. The pool tables are free for guests to use and they have great places to sit and relax and chit-chat.
