Un consiglio costruttivo quello di curare di più la struttura stessa in termini di finitura strutturale, da rivedere assolutamente e aggiornarli con un minimo dettaglio sono: cucina, docce, se poi si ristrutturerebbero in totale, darebbe a questa struttura il massimo dei voti.

The apartment is quiet, the rooms are spacious and it is relatively close to the touristy parts of Sorrento. It has a parking spot, which is a plus when renting a car. There is a wrap around balcony with a view from every room. There is zero balcony furniture. There was no balcony chair to sit and watch the sunset. Or a table to put a coffee on. Or a rack to hang wet swimwear on.

The host should supply more bath towels and newer ones. The bath towels provided were few, small, very worn out and discolored. Borderline disgusting. The kitchen lacked essentials like a sponge, scrubber, paper towels, any kitchen mops or small towels, any wipes, napkins, nothing. We bought a few items. But these should be supplied. The balconies have decent views but need some basic furniture and also need a clothes rack of some sort. The location of the apartment is close to the center, but far enough to make it a sweaty chore to get there. It is a 20-30 minute walk to the main harbor. We paid premium to stay at a close-in location, and this one was just a tad too far. There are much nicer and premium hotel properties in the vicinity, which are waterfront with amazing views. I thought this apartment would be a decent substitute but it was not it. Not premium in any measure. The balcony views were so-so and did not add much value in my opinion. For better value, should have booked something similar but closer to the harbor and probably without the balconies. Several light fixtures needed replacement bulbs, the ones where bulbs were replaced were in mismatched light tones, mostly of the super-bright industrial-white variety. The garbage takout situation was unclear. Most other apartments dumped their bags of trash including loose trash like pizza boxes on the street by the entry gate. It smelled a little and multiple stray cats were munching on the garbage. The frong door to the apartment unlocks with a bit of difficulty. One of my family members got themselves locked out until a neighbor helped them in. Many of the furniture items were over-amortized. Some of the sofas are past their useful lives and have to be trashed. The bedding and mattresses were of the cheapest kind, not particularly comfortable. Most pillows were trash and need replacement. There are practically no extra sheets, blankets or bed pillows. You get strictly one bedding set per bed.
