Location for the property is great, and really suitable for a solo or duo traveller, but rather than being a hotel it’s more one flat with the rooms divided into separate accommodation, meaning only 3 or so rooms are let out at a time.
This was a good option for us as we wanted to be close to sorrento city centre and everything was walkable which was perfect - location was great (but VERY hard to find and hard to contact someone to get in - we waited quite a while.)
Basic is very breakfast (and intimate - very close) but for the price it was fine. We also had to get out cash to pay for the tourist tax as a lot of businesses in Italy despite having card readers don’t like to pay the fees - but instead you’ll be stung on ATM withdrawals.
it did also mean that you could hear pretty much everything and the toilet is in the same room so everything there can also be heard - but everything was modern, clean, well made and the staff are very friendly.

Very close to the centre and short walking distance from the railway station.
Room is very clean and modern. Modern and good size bathroom. Stayed there for four nights and had good sleep every time. RossHouse is on the main shopping street, and just a little walk to reach the nice shops and restaurants. Access to the property is from the side entrance of the building.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had to get an early flight and they even prepared sandwiches to take with us.
We would stay there again and strongly recommend it because of the convenient location, cleanliness and friendly staff.
