Pretty central and good value for money
I believe the owner was nice enough and very much so attention to detail but in this instance cleaner let him down. We had chewing gum on my daughter’s bedsheet which was not pleasant.

The location is the best thing about the apartment. It's really near everything, just two blocks from where the bus left us.
The bed is pretty comfortable too.
Two of the three days we stayed, we couldn't shower because there was no hot water. I told the person in charge and he just said: That's not common...
The walls are as thin as a rake; if you go out of your room, you can hear the conversation and "pleasure screams" from other rooms, which is not very nice
