I loved my stay here. Michele was extremely welcoming, helpful, and you can tell he truly cares. I especially appreciated the effort he made to help me find the suite, without being asked, he sent very detailed instructions and made it super easy to locate, which relieved some stress for me after a long travel day.
The suite (green room) was modern, clean, spacious, and in a really convenient location. I especially found the bed to be quite comfortable (I slept for 10hrs straight one night). As a young solo female traveler I felt very safe here, and found this place to be much better than the suites I had stayed at prior to arriving in Sorrento. I can’t recommend this place enough!

We arrived via Naples and then got a transfer to Sorrento, arriving at the train station. The property is less than a 5 minute walk away so very convenient when bringing luggage and for excursions, most of which pick up/drop off in the same area. There are companies at the station who offer excursions as well (Pompeii, Amalfi coast etc) and the marina for ferries to Ischia, Capri etc is about a 15 minute walk away.
The property is in a gated area so felt secure and although on one of the main streets in town we weren't disturbed by noise at all. The main tourist area with the majority of shopping & dining is only a few minutes walk away so the property is really well positioned.
The room itself was very clean and tidy with balcony, shower, large and comfortable bed, TV, safe, hairdryer, small ironing board (iron available on request), small fridge, and kettle. The room was serviced daily. We had no complaints about the room and any queries were dealt with quickly by Michele, who runs the place, and could always be contacted by WhatsApp if he wasn't on site. He made our stay really special as he was so friendly and helpful with advice and recommendations - I can't rate him highly enough.
We did experience a bit of noise from the property upstairs which Michele was quick to deal with but there's as much a chance of that in any other hotel or AirBnb and it wasn't the fault of this property. I'd certainly be very happy to stay here again if we came back to Sorrento.

Stayed in 6 places in Italy at a similar price point and this was greatly overpriced.
Similar to an Airbnb as front desk rarely occupied so contact by text though they did answer promptly and some issues were not resolved until the following day. Pleasant manager.
Our half used water bottle was put back in fridge instead of replenishing with a new bottle.
Bathroom sink doesn’t drain.
Only one Powdered coffee provided for the two of us.
Coffee spoon left dirty and not cleaned from the day before. Does have a large balcony.
Ran out of toilet paper on two occasions. Did not even replace the used paper cups in the bathroom.
Mirrors not clean.
No towels given on one day.
Ironing board but no iron.
Location good near a grocery store. Dark, quiet.
Plug in for phone in bed frame didn’t work needed to ask for an extension cord to run across room.
