Location for the property is great, and really suitable for a solo or duo traveller, but rather than being a hotel it’s more one flat with the rooms divided into separate accommodation, meaning only 3 or so rooms are let out at a time.
This was a good option for us as we wanted to be close to sorrento city centre and everything was walkable which was perfect - location was great (but VERY hard to find and hard to contact someone to get in - we waited quite a while.)
Basic is very breakfast (and intimate - very close) but for the price it was fine. We also had to get out cash to pay for the tourist tax as a lot of businesses in Italy despite having card readers don’t like to pay the fees - but instead you’ll be stung on ATM withdrawals.
it did also mean that you could hear pretty much everything and the toilet is in the same room so everything there can also be heard - but everything was modern, clean, well made and the staff are very friendly.

We had a great stay at the Ross House. The accommodations were modern, stylish, and very clean, which made it easy to relax and feel comfortable throughout our visit. There was breakfast included which was a really nice touch and a convenient way to start each day. They went out of their way to accommodate us the last morning as we had an early departure, and prepared pre-packaged breakfasts. Overall amazing stay, would recommend!
