This is absolutely an amazing villa, fully equipped, including an outdoor pizza oven. Everything was extremely clean and well organized. Beds are very comfortable, and the hosts are super nice. . We would come back in a heartbeat

Perfect place for a family with two kids

Panagiotis waited for us with traditional Greek food cooked by his mother! He didn't leave until he made sure everything was perfect for us. We couldn't be grateful enough. The place had everything you could think of and then some: baby cot, vacuum cleaner, dish washer, washing machine, fridge full with complimentary food, juices, water, beer, wine, anything one would need. The view and quietness of the place made for the perfect relaxation vacation. For us, this is the place to be when visiting Western Crete.

beautiful villa with a clean swimming pool and the nature around is lovely. nice space and it was hot outside but the air conditioning was pretty good and we slept well . really nice host , and thank you for filling up the fridge with all types of foods and drinks. loved the cake and the baked dish that was prepared for us.

PERFECT STAY IN EVERY WAY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGRITHEA VILLA

We were highly impressed with the facilities — thoughtful amenities, cleanliness, wonderfully modern style, comfort, grounds were absolutely amazing, gorgeous plants, terrific pool and seating, VIEWS were amazing. The owner's father met us very warmly, conducted a tour of the entire property, we found very generous supplies of the owner's own olive oil, food in the refrigerator, cakes, drinks, just about everything needed — coffee filters, salt and pepper, pots and pans, serving pieces, local tourist information collateral. The mattress was immensely comfortable, wonderful linens and towels, washing machine, drying rack, more closet and storage space than we could possibly use. The owner himself took the time to come and meet us and his wonderful papa brought us some homegrown tomatoes and cucumbers. There was wonderful outdoor lighting, secured gate to lock the property at night, a convenient parking spot (covered) just down the steps. The WiFi was absolutely incredible, absolutely NO latency, super fast and reliable. We absolutely LOVED this villa, one of the best we have ever stayed at ... it felt just like home. I cannot imagine anything the owners could do to improve!

WE do not speak or understand Greek very well, so the only thing we missed was being able to watch TV for news, Netflix, Amazon Prime, but this was not a real compromise, but since you ask, that would be the ONLY thing we missed here.

Amazing house

Amazing house located 5 minutes drive from Kissamos town in small and quiet village. The garden and pool was fantastic. The owners had prepared for us a very delicious, local, Cretan dish and the fridge was full for us to eat and drink. The house was very clean, spacious and modern, they even have a Playstation console! The owner, who welcomed us, was very friendly and helpful. Overall we were very satisfied and we will definitely prefer this house when we come back to Kissamos.

Amazing place to stay!

Highly recommended, wonderful villa near Kissamos. Located up in the hills, but only a short drive from the town and various beaches and sights, this is the perfect place to stay for rest and relaxation. Villa is beautifully designed (even better than the photos) and the outdoor area is a great place to relax (swimming pool, bbq, lots of seating etc). The hosts are incredibly friendly and generous including stocking up the fridge and bringing us some homemade dishes. Inside the villa is designed to a high standard with ample space to relax, a modern and fully stocked kitchen, nice bedrooms, and AC throughout. We travel extensively and this villa is definitely ones of our all time favourites. It was a wonderful part of our holiday in Crete.

10 days with family on Crete

Subjectively it was one of the best places we ever rented on booking in 10 years of going abroad. The place has a family feel to it, and - being in the middle of nowhere but 6 mins by car to the beach and city: it was perfect for us. The Interior is perfect, spacy, and clean. It has all the desired things you expect from a functional home + the refrigerator was full with food for us. The exterior, pool and the garden is like from a dream. it looks luxurious and comfortable. The nights with the lighten-up garden are almost too perfect to be true. and the best: the view on the valley. My regards to the owners and their family !!! thank you

the only thing that some people could find slightly annoying are stray cats which are very common in the area and quite hard road to drive and park: sometimes the roads are steep and narrow: not for amateur drivers.

Przemiły właściciel przygotował dla nas pełen pakiet powitalny-wino, piwo, woda, owoce, pieczywo, słodkości, a w piekarniku pyszne faszerowane warzywa od jego mamy 😁 Poranna kawa na tarasie z widokiem na wschodzące słońce w górach to niezapomniane przeżycie warte wstania trochę wcześniej, wieczorne wino z widokiem na pięknie oświetloną willę i teren całej posesji napawa spokojem i każe zapomnieć o problemach, ważnych sprawach itp. W ogrodzie prywatne drzewo oliwne, pyszne cytryny i dojrzewające granaty. Pięknie usytowany basen z czyściutką i ciepłą wodą dający ukojenie po powrocie z codziennych wycieczek. W tym miejscu można poczuć smak prawdziwej Grecji, obudzić się rano słysząc dzwoniące w oddali owce, piejącego koguta i otworzyć bramkę sympatycznemu pieskowi właściciela, który szczeka, bo przybiegł się pobawić przy okazji licząc na jakąś przekąskę. Byliśmy już w wielu miejscach w Grecji ale klimat panujący tutaj nas zauroczył i pozwolił posmakować tego kraju w trochę inny sposób nie osiągalny w hotelach i zorganizowanych wczasach.

l'hébergement est juste canon. Situé à 5 min de Kissamos dans un droit calme avec une très belle vue, le logement et l'extérieur est très agréable. Très bien équipé, la literie est bonne et l'extérieur top avec plusieurs "terrasses" et une belle piscine. De plus la maison est très propre.
