About this villa rental
Our Villa is one of the best property especialy for 4 families that they are looking for a quiet and beautiful place with many amenities away from the croud of the big cities. Also is near to the fames beaches ( Elafonisi, Balos, Falassarna ) and in less than 10 mins you can visit kissamos center by car. Also our Villa have very good Wifi with 3 Access Points to have signal everywhere for those want to work from away their office with Speeds over than 30 Mbps.
once you reach the Villa Olive Tree with Private Pool & Jacuzzi there is a private parking where you can leave your cars (capacity 4 vehicles) there you will see a large wooden door. Opening the door and moving to your right you will find a handmade stone wall and to your left a part of the yard with lawn and two benches a single and a two-seater with a handmade round wooden table, a hexagonal fountain with goldfish made by you will find the handmade barbecue and oven and next to it you will find an elongated handmade stone flower pot with herbs(rosemary, oregano, thyme and dictamos to make fresh tea ).
To your left you will find two stairs and a ramp that leads to the upper courtyard with two wooden tables, director's chairs and a large blue umbrella that when you open it will cover half the courtyard with shade.
On the ground floor you see the fully equipped kitchen where the ceiling is made of cypress wood that when you are inside, gives you a special fragrance you are, provided with a dishwasher, an electric oven with electric hood, electric hob, refrigerator, electric espresso machine with capsules, French coffee maker, electric coffee maker, electric frappe, toaster and even digital scales for weighing food for exact quantities and a window 1.30x2.30 from where you can see the incredible view, the large yard and the liner pool 4.5 x 10 45 sq.m. and the Jacuzzi. Our kitchen table is for 14 people. Also in the same room you will see our living room with two sofas and a 42 "TV with local channels and a door that opens to a space with 6x18 lawn for a total of 100 sq .m. which is safe for young children to play. There you will find a tangerine tree almost in the center, two lemons trees on the edge upwards and an orange tree near the handmade bench which is made of cypress wood. Next to the kitchen in a small room there is a washing machine.
On the same level from the corridor to your right you find the first stone bedroom with a bathroom which has many mirrors and a hydro massage column. The double bed and the bunk bed are handmade from a tree trunk which we made. On the other side you will find the second bedroom. You will find a 1.85x2 bed with the latest generation mattresses, a sofa that becomes a double bed and the bathroom. It also provides a door to the courtyard.
In the third bedroom you will find a bathroom, twin, beds a sofa and a double bed 2,55x2,15 with a state-of-the-art mattress, two windows and a door that opens onto the courtyard. Also next to the bed there is a large mirror, a safe and a large closet at the back of the room. Opposite the kitchen you will find the metal staircase to go upstairs. On your left you will find a brown door that opens in front of you. You will find a big bed a mirror 1,30x3,15 a small equipped kitchen coffee maker squeezer for natural juice, a small mini fridge with freezer, a small wardrobe, a coffee table and a sofa that becomes and a bed and a 50΄΄ TV. The bathroom has hydro massage with light and music. Going down the stairs you can see the liner pool.The building is from 1900, which was rented to my parents, and because it has the strongest foundations of the houses that are being built now we would like to upgrade it to last forever.

We have been in Villa Olive tree for 10 days in August with family and friends, and we really loved everything. Mr. Panagiotis and his family welcomed us in their beautiful house and made our vacation unforgettable. We found the house perfectly cleaned and completely equipped: towels, small appliances, crockery, pots. In my opinion, only a few wardrobes are missing for clothes, for the rest it’s really beautiful and very quiet. We loved the beaches and the amazing sea (30 minutes for Falasarna, 60 minutes for Elafonisi and Balos).
