Amazing place to stay with the family! Pool is amazing to have in the morning or after you come back from the beach. Rooms are really nice too, kitchen has everything you need!
With a car rental, the location is perfect to reach stores, Chania, Falasarna and Elafonisi beach.
The access road is steep, but I am sure is not a big deal comparing with all other facilities this property offers!
Amoena house has the best parking spot near the street. If it's free, take it :)

La signora Maria e’ stata sempre disponibile e ci ha dato anche ottimi suggerimenti. Anche la pulizia a metà settimana e’ stata molto curata! Ci si deve solo abituare ad avere la cucina al piano di sopra rispetto alle camere 😊
Struttura come in foto, panorami bellissimi tramonto e alba 😊 .

Casa pulita, ordinata, spaziosa, accogliente, silenziosa. In cucina c'erano marmellata, fette biscottate, acqua, un pacco di spaghetti e persino una bottiglia di vino in frigo! Maria estremamente gentile, al nostro arrivo in serata ci ha consigliato velocissimamente un ottimo ristorante in zona.
Qualche problemino con il Wi-Fi e con la lavastoviglie, che purtroppo non siamo riusciti ad utilizzare. La stradina privata per arrivare alla casa ha una pendenza impressionante.
