FABULOUS MAJESTIC VILLA

Majestic Villa-Apartments Darmarochori Villa Paul Hopwood 485 points 7 hours ago The Fantastic, Majestic Villa. We are on the last day of our 14 night stay, and what a beautiful setting. The villa is set on two floors which worked perfectly for our 2 families. Myself, wife and son stayed on the 1st floor, which had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large seating area, which contains a dining area and kitchen. My brothers family stayed on the 2nd floor which was the same layout, but had a 3rd bedroom. Huge back garden with seating area, sun lounge area, picnic/barbecue area, and of course, the swimming pool. We spent most of the day at the villa, and eating out on an evening. A car is a must as you are out in the awesome countryside/hillside. We drove to the 3 main places to eat out on an evening, which were... Kolymvari (5 mins in a car) Platanias (15 mins in a car) Chania old town (25 mins in a car) All 3 places were amazing and so many choices of restaurants and bars in Platanias and Chania. Anastasia the villa contact was outstanding, from the moment we booked, 6 months prior, to waiting up at 2am when we finally arrived, with food and drinks. Anastasia kept in constant contact throughout our 2 weeks stay, helping with questions we had on what to do. Highlights were obviously the villa, Sunset in Chania old town, and quad for a day to visit Balso beach and surrounding areas.... 💯% Book this villa as it has everything.... Thank you for a very memorable holiday from us all...

A gem in the olive trees

The photos do it justice - magnificent place & great value for money. The views were out of this world. Location was perfect for beaches & 30 mins to Chania town. Hire a car if staying here

Great Location The villa is located in a very strategic place for exploring the beaches that Crete is famous for, such as Falassarna(only about 20 minutes drive away), Ballos and Elafonisi. It is newly renovated with all the amenities and nicely done, really beautiful decoration! We had a warm welcome from the hosts with wine, fruits and handmade pies.They responded quickly to all our requests during and before our stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful Villa Absolutely beautiful and peaceful place! All rooms are modern, spacious with nice comfy beds and breathtaking views. Convenient location as it is close to the beach and the high way which leads to the other cities of Crete, but far from the road noise. The hosts are kind and prompt for any request. Leaving in luxury, confidence, warm Majestic villa

A place to escape A big fully equipped house with all we needed for relaxing holidays! The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, balconies overlooking the sea, barbeque, garden and large swimming pool. We rent the villa with some good friends and we had fantastic time. The beach and some nice restaurants are less than 5 minutes away, we recommend Majestic Villa!
