The location. The apartment was very bright and well furnished.

The main house was nice and the pools were nice.
The patio furniture is falling apart and you do need to drive for any restaurants and or beach

Large apartement that can easily accommodate 6 people. You'll have everything you need for a confortable stay. Nice view of the sea and pool. The block is well maintained.
The beach isn't accessible by foot, you'll need a car for a 300 m walk because of the highway that you can't cross. The closest beach was very dirty and you can hear the noise from the highway from the apartment.
The rooftop terrace isn't usable.
