Spacious apartment with all necessary equipment, nice terrace overlooking the community pool. The apartment was super clean. The host was very welcoming and attentive to visitors needs.

La casa es preciosa, amplia y muy cómoda. La urbanización con la piscina justo a la salida de jardin es muy cómodo.Zona muy tranquila. Marysen es encantadora y atenta.

The apartment is really nice and has everything it needs for a pleasant stay. Although there are some building under constructions across the street we were not disturbed by the noise but maybe because during Easter time it was not to much activity. It’s a peaceful area. 15 min drive to Marbella. Hyper market 2 min drive. Thai restaurant exceptional 3 min walk ( Thanks Maryse for the tip). About Maryse, she provided to us many useful information and can contact her easily by Wattsup. Detailed arrival informations was provided and a bottle of cold rose wine in the fridge as welcoming gesture (again thanks Maryse). 2 bathrooms this is a big plus!:)))

Well not exactly critical points however: - both bedrooms have 2 sigle beds unified. It would be nice to have at least one king size bed. - the bathroom door needs a little fixing cause it’s not closing properly. - last but not least the deposit. First of all this policy should be clearely mentioned when booking. Not saying is not mentioned somewhere however we did not saw it and not been aware of it till Maryse told us about it. And the deposit can be only paid in cash. No problem with the refund if you respect the common sense rules however needs to take into consideration and have extra cash.
