Magnificent and spacious apartment in FIRST LINE BEACH with air conditioning and perfectly equipped. Located in a very quiet urbanization with good access. Facing south, it has beautiful views of the beach, Gibraltar and the coast of Africa. Located between Estepona and the Puerto de la Duquesa. 100 m2 terrace, community pool all year round, paddle tennis court and community parking. Supermarkets a few minutes. Free WIFI.

Firstly what an immaculately clean apartment!! Everything smelt fresh & well cared for in terms of all blankets, cushions, bed linen smelling clean & recently washed. The apartment was cosy, homely, spacious, with fantastic seating on the enormous balcony with superb expanse of sea views!! There is nothing negative to say about this property, we loved it & are already planning our next visit.

It is such a wonderful view, too bad that the owners have not kept the exterior painted. The BBQ is also old and weathered badly. We wouldn’t cook on it. Inside is clean, however the towels are very old, and you can tell that the furniture is dated. The unit just needs a little tender loving care. With a car the location is very good.
