The property was comfortable and had everything you might need. The host even left toiletries, including toothbrushes, in case you forgot to bring your own. You also have access to several pools within the complex; one in particular was especially nice because it was a little secluded. Basia was very welcoming when she met us on the first day to hand over the keys.

This is a very minor detail and does not affect the five-star rating, but it would be helpful if hosts could provide two sets of keys rather than just one. In our case, we were travelling with my in-laws, who sometimes preferred not to join us when we went out to explore the area (for example, they were too tired the day after we visited Gibraltar). If we took the keys with us, they could not even go to the pool. If we left the keys with them and they were out when we returned or in the pool, we had no way of getting in. It is not a major issue—just a nice extra to have.
