Fantastic location in basically the heart of Amsterdam (the furthest I needed to walk was 25-30 mins.) Having the outdoor patio and the mini-fridge were lifesavers. Communication from hosts was 100%.

There was no breakfast. Location was excellent.

Communication was poor. If you were using AI it was unresponsive to my questions. The lady looking after the place was rather erratic.
