Luxury canal suite in the best location of Amsterdam !!!

It was very central and clean

The communication was fine but minimal and last minute.

Unbelievable location right by the canal. Friendly, relaxed neighborhood. This made up for the noisy pipes! They only are a bother when running the water.

Property manager was wonderful Let us store our bags there early while they cleaned and we checked in 2 hours early after an overnite flight--really helpful!

The shower and toilet worked on a pump so it was very noisy whenever you turned on water --also a bit chilly at night; wish we could have used the fireplace.

I liked the aesthetics of the place and location the bed was comfy and it was easy to find the key system is good and we was allowed to check in slightly early after having a really early flight very grateful for that no host issues at all very good on this part

For the price of the place you expect more it is just a small room with a bathroom the noisy plumbing didn’t bother me but for the price lots of things did match up there is no bin for rubbish and it’s extremely basic my partner is 6ft3 and struggled to get in and out the room and the shower was hard work as it’s very low ceiling in there we was there in okay temperature but I can imagine in winter that room gets freezing we was cold our first day and there was no heating settings overall overpriced, there was lots of spiders I know this can’t be helped considering it’s in the basement no tv not much facilities very very basic
