The location was good > walking distance to nice restaurant otherwise you need to use the car to visit > it was not a problem for us > we will come back.

perfect stay for our first vacation with our little one (9months)

very friendly host who is always available and accommodates all additional request without any hesitation! the villa is beautifully located in a great small town with all necessities within walking distance! you feel like “coming home”, the garden is free to everyone, there are only few other parties great home base to explore the Côte d’Azur

Nice position, apartment and garden, but with drawbacks.

The position is fantastic - really close to Vence and St. Paul de Vence. It takes quite a while to drive down to the beaches though, just to make that clear. The apartment is very well equipped, the kitchen even has a little dishwasher and a washing machine in it. Very nice shower. The garden is a little oasis and you will always find a shady spot in it, even if your own terrace is in full sunshine. It does have a big umbrella over the terrace table for the hottest days.

I was quite surprised to learn that there is no in-between cleaning or change of sheets even if you stay for 2 weeks, there is only the end-cleaning. We have stayed in apartments during our holidays for many years and this has never happened before. A bit disappointing for this price. Unfortunately the bed is only 1,4m wide (French size) and that was to tight for us. We are used to at least 1,6m or even 1,8m. There was also a lot of EMF (electromagnetic fields) and I hardly slept. We didn't find the source of what was emitting it, but if you are sensitive like me, you have to be aware of that.

Exceptional

Property set in an exquisitely beautiful garden with lots a plants that provide shade in the Provence heat. Our flat had its own private entrance and a terrace, which was really nice for having meals or just relax and read. There is also a shared barbecue facility which is very well-equipped. The flat has everything to make your stay enjoyable and even comes with a washing machine. The host was extremely welcoming and provided us with lots of tips concerning what to do, where to eat etc. The property is just 3km from St. Paul-de-Vence and going to Nice is easy as well. We would love to stay again in the future!

La ubicación y el apartamento, el aa funcionaba muy bien, pkg, la terraza, cerca de cafeteria, super y centro del pueblo, muy cómodo.

No hubo manera de conectar netflix con la tv. La anfitriona no fue demasiado amable...

Spettacolose buganviglie

Il giardino è delizioso, la sera abbiamo sempre cenato sotto i grandi alberi, fresco e senza zanzare. Ci sono tavoli, sedie, sdraio e una piastra per grigliare. Con una passeggiata di 10 minuti , ammirando le spettacolose buganviglie, si raggiunge il centro del paese, belle stradine lastricate in pietra bianca, per un gelato o un aperitivo. La casa è attrezzata con lavatrice (per sciacquare i costumi) e lavastoviglie, ma procurarsi i detersivi.
