Welcome to this charming villa with private garden, swimming pool and terrace, nestled in a peaceful setting just a few minutes from Saint-Paul-de-Vence.
Ideally located, quiet yet close to all amenities, this house is the perfect place for a stay with family or friends on the beautiful French Riviera. Idleness, relaxation and conviviality will punctuate your holidays!

You will find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster...) designed to facilitate your stay.
The warm living room has a quality sofa bed offering a comfortable bed for two people, a library to discover with respect, a smart TV (flat screen) and a coffee table conducive to relaxation. A separate toilet completes this level.
Outdoor
On the terrace, sit around the large table and its 6 armchairs to share your meals in the open air, in a friendly atmosphere. The garden, the swimming pool and the birdsong offer a setting conducive to rest and well-being.
Upstairs
Upstairs, three bedrooms await you, including a master suite with dressing area and private bathroom. The calm atmosphere, the coolness of the air conditioning and the delicate scent of jasmine in bloom create a soothing atmosphere, even in the height of summer.
