Perfect. Even not too far to walk into the old town

Little bit difficult to find - the address and location don’t quite tie up. Trick is to follow the sign on the side of the road, and ignore satnav at last turn

A comfortable stay with great hosts and exceptional breakfast.

Great hosts and the bedroom was a great size and exceptionally clean. We received a wonderful breakfast in the morning too which was greatly received.

There was a building site opposite our window which we hadn’t been made aware of. This don’t cause us to enjoy our stay as there weren’t people on site until around 8.30-9am. The only downside was the curtains were quite sheer so we had to be up and dressed before they started work for obvious reasons.

A beautiful place with wonderful hosts.

A wonderful place to stay – extremely clean, set in a beautiful environment, with very comfortable beds and incredibly kind hosts. David and Jeannette were very helpful and prepared a fantastic breakfast every day. Nice and the surrounding towns are easily accessible by car. The pool would make the place even better during the summer. If we’re ever back in the south of France, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Really great and tastefully furnished house with friendly host. Very nice breakfast and lovely grounds close to the village.

There were no cushions on the garden furniture, probably tidied away for the season, so they were a bit uncomfortable.

An absolutely excellent stay at this beautiful property. A seamless arrival, greeted by David. Private on site free parking behind an electric gate. Located in a perfect quiet cul de sac. We were shown to our room via the gorgeous bright tastefully decorated poolside breakfast room. Our room was an absolute delight, bright, impeccably clean and well appointed with a lovely sunny balcony. Breakfast served by the pool was perfect, calm, and very attentive. What a delight, a little haven away from the busy townsite. There is some building happening next door but this didn’t bother us. Thankyou to David and Jeanette for a perfect stay. Your hard work and passion is appreciated. ❤️ I highly recommend this property !

Place was well designed and carefully crafted. Small and cute house that fits well all the guests and there is still feeling of space around you. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Hosts were very attentive and nice warm people, helpful and careful. Great hospitality and professionalism. They care their gusts with love.

A gem of a stay

Everything was wonderful… from the great breakfast served by the pool, the spacious room, comfortable bed and great to have a small kitchen. Spotlessly clean and the pool is gorgeous too! The hosts were so friendly and made me feel really welcome.

Building work to the neighbouring property which meant you were slightly overlooked and some noise. But this couldn’t be helped and would not deter me from visiting again.

Perfect stay, would highly recommend!

The accommodation was wonderful, with a very welcoming host who offered a smooth check in. A lovely breakfast was served in the mornings by the pool. Also a perfect location to explore Saint Paul De Vence, which is only a few minutes away by walk. Would love to visit again!

A hidden gem!

The property is secluded away from the main road. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The property felt super relaxing. The common areas included a big living and dining area as well as the pool and fitness room. This is a small and charming B&B and the hosts will do anything to make you feel welcome. I heard them speak French, English and German! Rooms are cleaned daily and towels are replaced daily as well. We loved the breakfast by the pool. Also it’s worth noting that Saint Paul de Vence is a short 15 mins stroll from the accommodation. As opposed to other reviews, the walk there is safe and we had no concerns as there is a separate path away from the main road. We absolutely loved it there will hopefully be back in future.

Beautifully appointed property with wonderful hosts, a fabulous heated pool, spotlessly clean , very generous delicious breakfast but most importantly gracious, generous , friendly and helpful hosts.

My little secret for my next visits to the. Don´t tell anybody else of this superb guesthouse!!!

Everything is just perfect in this guesthouse, within a walking distance to St Paul de Vance (10 mins). The quietness, cleanness, delicious breakfast by the awesome swimming pool... and the charm of the house, its few lovely rooms & living area.

I am giving this property the 10 that it deserves, so no, I don´t have any complains but the desire to go back again and again. Trust me on this one!
