1A Grace House

We had a fantastic stay at 1A Grace House during our visit to Rome. The property was clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after long days of exploring the city. The location was excellent, with convenient access to public transportation, restaurants, and many of Rome's famous attractions. It made getting around the city easy while still providing a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing clear communication and helpful recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. The attention to detail and hospitality were greatly appreciated. Everything was exactly as described, and the property offered great value for the quality of the accommodations. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend 1A Grace House to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Rome.

I have nothing bad to say about my stay here.

Great bed and bedding, lovely big comfortable bed. Bathroom nice and roomy with washing machine and folding clothes drier. Kitchen excellent, everything you need including washing up liquid (not always supplied) and washing up sponges and tea towels. Fridge worked well. Good rubbish bins. Plenty of cupboard space. A/C worked well, unseasonably hot for early June. Location was awesome, could not get much better than here. Excellent host, everything was well organised and she arranged my taxi to airport this AM with great efficiency.

A jumble of keys

The location is good. Near metro and Rome Termini. Near Colloseum. The host was indeed very helpful when I had a problem.

Don't like the safety aspect. I was pickpocketed while walking towards Colosseum without me realising. My travel document was gone. Although the room is okay, I think a few things need attention immediately. 1. Some of the plugs are not working 2. The light at the lobby needs attention. There was no sensor. So, every time before we lock our room door, we have to switch on the light manually. 3. Should have a sensor light for the stairs. 4. The bathroom door needs a fix
