Beliggenheden var i rolige omgivelser op ad en bakkekam. Bygningerne er utroligt smukke, hyggelige og i sand italiensk stil. Den private pool ligger omkranset af beplantning med udsigt op ad bakken, hvor vinrankerne gror på stribe. Hvis man ønsker en pool fuldstændigt privat og med maximalt 2 andre indlogerende til stede, er det helt fantastiske omgivelser. Værtsparret Maria og Massimo er meget gæstfrie og erfarne i at modtage gæster i deres feriehuse.
Vi oplevede rigtig mange myg og myrer, både inde og udendørs, hvilket var til gene både ved pool, på vores terrasse og indendøre. Vi vil klart anbefale at man tager forbehold for dette og medbringer rigelige mængder af insektspray. Vi vil også anbefale værtsparret at gøre en yderligere indsats overfor denne udfordringer fremover.

Loved everything about this absolutely charming and beautiful property. Maria and Massimo were gracious hosts, welcoming and rightfully proud of their villa. The pool area is gorgeous and quiet- like having a resort all to yourself. The location, close to Cortona, Montepulciano etc. makes it a wonderful base for Tuscany. Cannot recommend Il Trebbio enough.
Our stay was much too short. None of us wanted to leave.
