Great location. Good size apartment. Christina made check in very easy and was lovely

Only had half a roll of toilet paper on arrival, only issued 1 towel & bathmat (4 people) for a 3 night stay. Unfortunately the company uses AI for its customers service and was completely useless. So you think you are being responded to & it’s getting sorted out but nothing happens.

Mieszkanie komfortowe, idealne dla grupy 5 osobowej. Rewelacyjna lokalizacja tuż obok przystanku autobusowego, a jednocześnie w cichym i ustronnym dziedzińcu. Bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe za osiedlową bramą. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem.

Niemiły sąsiad z pretensjami o głośne zachowanie, a wcale tak nie było. Trzy razy wybiło prąd - konieczność indywidualnego załączenia w skrzynce na ulicy. Trzeba było zaopatrzyć się w środki czystości - kostki do zmywarki, papier toaletowy - mała ilość.

Appartement très spacieux, et très bien situé

Alghero was lovely, the apartments location was great, we easily walked to the old Town, which we loved, and it was lovely to be able to sea swim before breakfast. Our check-in was super easy and efficient.

We expected more from this apartment because of the price we payed which was on the higher scale of what we usually book. There was poorly labeled bins, making it impossible to differentiate which ones were for what. One of the shower glass doors was half hanging off dangerously, making it very difficult to close. There were no tea towels in the kitchen and we stayed for three days. Also there was no wash up liquid or dishwasher tablets, we did ask and received one tablet and a 10ml bottle of wash up liquid ! Some bins were missing liners, with no spares available. While the car park was very convert , the remote control to open the gate did not work and we had to knock on neighbours doors to gain access. Then when leaving, the gate into our apartment would not open so we had to go out a back gate and around the block to get to our car. Would we stay there again ? I think not.
