The apartment Costa, renewd in 2022, is a very nice 3 bedrooms apartment with a nice little garden, in a strategic spot of Alghero, exactly between the beach at 100 meters and the old town

- 2 rooms with kingsize bed,
- 1 room with a double bed,
- 1 bathroom with shower completely renewed in 2022
- 1 big livingroom elegantly furnished, ideal to relax after a beach day to drink a glass of wine or simply relax reading a book. (Please note that most of the apartments do not have this livingroom space)
- 1 kitchen,
- one terrace overlooking a internal courtyard (with table-chairs, ideal to eat outside)
- a small terrace overlooking the plum trees in the garden with table and 2 chairs.


Fully equipped with kitchen, fridge with freezer, oven, washingmachine, safebox, TV, Internet Wifi.

This property does not have any swimming pool! Some hotels nearby (300 to 750 meters distance) allow to use of the hotel's pool by buying snacks or by paying an entrance fee.

The apartment is greatly located in the center of Alghero between the beach and the old town
The address is VIA COSTA in ALGHERO.
Central location but still quiet, without the traffic noise of the LIDO street, and with free parking in the neighbourhood.

- Just 100 meters from a big and beautiful free access white sandy beach. This beach is suitable also for children.
- There are some beach cafe for a excellent morning coffee in front of the sea or a nice aperitivo at sunset with music.
- The old town and the harbour are, are reachable by a 10 min walk through a nice boulevard in front of the sea.

So you don’t need to use the car to go to the old town, (So NO problem to find parking places, traffic, or car-park tickets).

There are 2 big supermarket just 100-150 meter from the apartment, and pizzerias, restaurant, bank, pharmacy, airport bus stop, shops, cafes, are whitin walking distance.

Beach bus stop and airport bus stop within 200 meters.
