Our stay at Fabrizio’s property in Alghero was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Fabrizio proved to be a warm and attentive host, ensuring we felt welcome and well cared for throughout our stay.
The apartment exceeded our expectations: impeccably clean, tastefully furnished, and offering a beautiful sea view. The amenities were outstanding – a brand-new coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine in the building,and the convenience of private parking. Everything felt modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped for guests’ comfort. Bed was very comfortable.
The location was another highlight: just a short walk to the charming old town of Alghero, making it easy to enjoy the restaurants, shops, and historic atmosphere while still staying in a nice area. There is some traffic but when you close windows and doors you don’t hear any noise.
Overall, Fabrizio’s hospitality combined with the high quality of the property made this one of our best travel experiences. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Alghero.

The location was excellent for us - no carting suitcases over cobblestones in the old town and close to beaches. Parking was easy on the street. Fabrizio was so welcoming and helpful with suggestions. He provided us with beach mats for La Pelosa and a beach umbrella (much needed !). The outlook from the balcony was great and lovely to sit out on for a drink or breakfast. The a/c was welcome as was the coffee machine and pods provided. A great bakery around the corner and 8-10 minute walk to good supermarket (Conad). So glad we chose to stay here. A great base to explore the old town and surrounding areas. Highly recommend.
It would’ve been helpful to have a tea towel, salt/pepper and access to a washing machine.

Very clean, worked well for a family of 4, the terrace with ocean view was a delight - highly recommended. Owner/manager Fabrizio was fantastic - thank you!
Beach directly in front is full of dead seagrass pile-ups. But only 5 min walk to clearer beach.
