È già la seconda volta che scegliamo questa struttura per il nostro soggiorno ad Alghero. Il sig. Fabrizio è gentilissimo e disponibile. Posizione impagabile, tranquilla ma a due passi dal centro. Letteralmente fronte mare, con spiaggia ampia. Posto auto in cortile ma in bassa stagione c'è ampia possibilità di parcheggiare anche in strada. La struttura ha un giardino molto godibile e tripla esposizione, sicché può essere molto arieggiata. Internet veloce e perfettamente funzionante, così come la cucina. Lavatrice e lavastoviglie, un grande plus, con dotazione anche di detersivi. Perfetto anche per trascorrere più giorni.
Abbiamo tanto sentito la mancanza delle zanzariere, quest'anno la situazione era ingestibile. L'interruttore del giardino non funziona ma nulla che non si possa risolvere con una prolunga. Le lenzuola sintetiche ci hanno lasciati un po' perplessi.

Fabrizio contacted us a day before arrival to make arrangements, got us transport to the property from airport, met us at the property when we arrived, welcomed us and showed us the property and keys. He was very helpful and friendly. The property is a flat on a first floor (with elevator), very nice and clean. Fantastic mattresses, clean bed sheets. The apartment is very well equipped, has a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, standard size fridge with freezer, toaster, washer, Italian coffee maker, paper towels - everything you may need. Each bedroom has a desk and a chair. There's a big closet space with lots of hangers. Air conditioning in each room. Large bathroom with shower with closet and bidet, there's also another toilet. Windows have outside electric blinds to keep the room dark and quiet from the outside. The balcony is nice but also quite small.
Nothing major so really just nitpicking here - the kitchen is the only common room and is quite small, like a hallway - it may get crowded. All plates are plastic and not microwave safe. Some power outlets are Italian style only and don't fit EU plugs (the travel adapter is only 2€ at the local supermarket)
