The completely renovated apartment is located near the Bousquet promenade a short distance from the historic center and the beaches, and directly overlooks the port.
Nearby there is a large public parking lot (for a fee in the summer months), bike rental and motorcycle rental; a stone's throw from the apartment there is a shuttle stop for the airport and for the major tourist destinations. Magnificent sea view. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment consisting of living room / kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies. In both rooms it is possible to add a cot with bars for children (supplement euro 20.00 / day) and two adult beds (supplement euro 30.00 / day) upon request. The house is equipped with all comforts including air conditioning / heat pumps, pots and pans dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine, kettle, espresso coffee machine, WI-FI, TV, iron, drying rack, accessories for children (cot high chair), bed linen, bathroom and kitchen
We are available on site for any problem that may arise during your stay at the apartment. Check-in takes place with the Vikey automated system and if necessary guests are personally welcomed by the owner or his representative. A payment of € 120.00 per stay is required for the cleaning of the accommodation.
