About this apartment rental
The “Vejademar” Residence is a beautiful apartment strategically located in the center of Alghero, sea view, close to the Lido di Alghero beach and the historic center.
The clubs and the Catalan 'nightlife' are exactly under the house.
All the major points of interest can be reached on foot and you don't need a car to get around, but if you want to bring it, parking in the center will no longer be a problem.
Ideal for those who want to relax on the beach during the day and enjoy the center in the evening.
The apartment is located in a prestigious newly built building located in the center of Alghero, as follows
• 2 double bedrooms,
• 2 bathrooms with shower
• large room with open kitchen
• Sea view terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for outdoor dinners and lunches.
• Lounge with dining table, sofa and TV.
The hall leads directly to the large covered veranda equipped for outdoor dining.
It is located in a strategic position between the beaches and the historic center & the port, reachable in a few minutes on foot, walking along the famous Busquet promenade.
You will therefore not need to use the car to go to the center or to reach the beach.
• The beach of Lido di Alghero is free, although for those who wish, there are stretches of beach with bathing establishments and a service of umbrellas and deck chairs.
• In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are a supermarket, post office, bank, tobacconist's bars, pizzerias and restaurants.
• The city bus and airport bus stop is approximately 200 meters away.

The apartment has an excellent location with a view of the sea and part of the historical center of Alghero from the balcony. The apartment itself was in very good condition, clean and spatious with lots of room, good furniture and high-quality AC. The kitchen was also well equiped. Grocery stores, restaurants and cafés are all within a short walk. Our host was friendly, helpful and efficient. We has a great time and would happily stay here again.

Eine äusserst moderne, klimatisierte, hübsche Wohnung, welche ideal gelegen ist (praktisch alles zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar). Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Parkplatz in einer nicht überdachten Garage. Dies ist Gold Wert, da man sonst nur sehr schlecht einen Parkplatz findet in der Stadt.
Alles war sauber und in bester Ordnung. Das standard Schlafzimmer ist super ausgerüstet, das zweite Schlafzimmer ist allerdings etwas klein, und hat "nur" ein Bettsofa. Ein Bettsofa hat es auch noch im Wohnbereich. Diese sind von guter Qualität, und sind auch völlig in Ordnung, haben aber natürlich nicht den gleichen Komfort, wie das sehr gute Bett in Schlafzimmer 1 (dies ist aber der einzige, sehr kleinliche Kritikpunkt).
Alles in Allem, sehr empfehlenswert!
