The penthouse is located on the second and top floor, offering 160 m² of living space and a large sea-view terrace where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Let yourself be captivated by the beauty that has enchanted visitors from around the world for generations.
Situated near the Valencia Promenade, close to the city center and with direct sea access just outside the building, the property is in an elegant and well-serviced area. Various shops and amenities are within walking distance, and you can enjoy the evening out in the city without needing a car.
Right next to the penthouse, there is a beach club equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs, open from morning until late at night—so you can enjoy the sea, an aperitif, and nightlife, all right at your doorstep.
The apartment features 4 spacious bedrooms, a large living room, two bathrooms with showers, and a stylishly furnished kitchen fully equipped for cooking. The expansive sea-view living area opens onto a terrace overlooking the gulf, perfect for dining or enjoying breakfast while watching the summer sunsets.
The home is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, unlimited WiFi, Smart TV, Netflix, iron and ironing board, and a 50-inch television. The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture, a sunshade, and a barbecue. The entire home is climate-controlled year-round.
Please note: the building does not have an elevator.
The property is rented based on the number of guests included in the reservation. Any additional guests must be requested in advance and are subject to approval and a daily surcharge. No unregistered guests will be accepted.
The penthouse is in the centre facing the sea. The car is not necessary in the city but is needed to explore the coast and beaches. The car is necessary for excursions to discover Sardinia.

The apartment has everything you need. The air conditioning is working very well. The terrace with the view over the sea with the sunset is amazing. We had been in the apartment the second time and we will consider to come again.

We stayed here for 16 days. Used the appartment as our base to visit most of Northern Sardinia.
We were warmly welcomed by Eunice with fresh fruit and wine. The appartement has four large bedrooms, AC, washer and basically everything you need to cook, wash etc. There are also a couple of bikes and beach toys, umbrellas and beach chairs. All this within walking distance of the old town of Alghero with all it’s dining options and shopping. Highly recommend

This is a nice size property about 1 mile from old town Alghero. Initially we had an issue with the A/C, but the owner and property manager responded very quickly and resolved the issue. The bedrooms are large, however, the two bathrooms are side by side and not en-suite to any of the bedrooms. Rules for daily recycling and checked out are a bit complex so make sure to understand those rules at the onset. Nearest grocery store was about a six minute walk. Large selection of restaurants in old town.

Ottima posizione, a ridosso del centro. Casa luminosa, pulita e fresca. Terrazze molto ampie. Questa casa è stata un'ottima scelta, perché anche in alta stagione ci ha consentito di vivere tranquillamente la vacanza. La consiglio vivamente.
