The apartment was spacious and the balcony was great as well made things easier for having the morning coffee and breakfast.
The kitchen had adequate utensils to use.
Every was working in the kitchen, stove, kettle etc were functioning properly.
Towels were clean.
Loved both bathrooms, clean and nicely fitted.
We received the wrong tag to access the lift, and that inconvenienced us every time we were going out as we had to be assisted by security guards and they were changing daily…we had to explain ourselves always that was not nice and the lady kept on promising she will bring knowing it’s a lie.
There was no pool in the apartment at all, and that was the main reason I booked the apartment.
The first bedroom linen were stained and that was so uncomfortable for my me, they should invest in proper bedding cos even the other bedroom bedding was not up to standard.
Dust on the floor as if it was cleaned sometime ago, under the table we had to clean that area ourselves..

I liked the apartment. But if it can be cared more, or seriously so, it's a beautiful place.
No one welcomes you. No one cleans the place.Everything you find will remain there or not without changing . No toilet tissue replacement, no indication of you buying own wash soap,

We did not have anyone to welcome us and show us the place, by means of what is were.

the apartment was big and specious
it has a bad smell like something was not fully dried up,there was no dishcloth.we paid for cleaning and no one came to clean,the roof pool doesn’t look as the pictures.we waited 45 minutes for a key the staff kept saying they are 2minutes away.we were not given the remote tag for the parking.The garbage bin we were not even shown where to dispose it.
