Hotel fantástico. El personal amabilísimo. Soluciono todas nuestras dudas. Las instalaciones cómodas, limpias. Habitaciones muy amplias y tranquilas. Contacto con la naturaleza. El desayuno excelente y la ubicación fantástica para ir al pueblo y a las cataratas. Una maravilla.
El wifi no llegaba demasiado bien a mi habitación y el checkout me pareció un poco pronto que fuese a las 10:00h. Pero por lo demás todo perfecto.

First night Bi-lingual male receptionist (Jimmy) was brilliant at helping us plan and book a day at the falls including a taxi
Second night receptionist spoke no english and not responsive when the door key system locked us outside our room with the mosquitos for company! Pool closed until 9am ie after everyone has left for their day at the falls!! Long 1km walk to nearest decent restaurant
