The hotel staff is quite generous and helpful. We were able to check-in even after midnight and we had a lovely stay for a night. The breakfast was arranged before the scheduled time for us on our request. Also the breakfast spread was huge and the fruits were just delicious.
The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it.

It was clean and modern room.
We were at the top of the stairs so you could hear people who were loud and talking going back to their rooms, which kept us awake.

The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, and the staff very helpful. Communication before we arrived was also very good. We also appreciated that the tour we selected to Iguazu falls picked us up at this hotel, which was very convenient. Finally, the hotel is close enough to town for us to walk back and forth to enjoy shopping and meals, and we liked that very much.
We found out later that there was a van for the airport and we should have asked about that in advance. But no complaints.

We paid the hotel in cash when we checked out, the hotel did not cancel the charge on the credit card. I tried to get the charge on the credit car back. The hotel ignore it.
