This hotel is listed as a five star but it didn’t seem like it. We were in a junior suite. I booked a large bed and ended up with two doubles. We were escorted to our room and when we got into the room is when they asked if it was ok. We said no and proceeded to wait 30 minutes or so to change our room. The room we ended up in had a shower head that water prayed every direction. The soap dish was not straight which made the wet soap not stay in the dish and the outside awning over front doors is very uneven. These things weren’t such a big deal but then came breakfast. Very limited. We were in right as they opened and they were still setting things up. You had a choice of very wet scrambled eggs (I like mine cooked completely) and bacon for the hot part. Several types of breads, cookies and pastries as well as cereals which were difficult to get out of jar. We had to ask for everything including coffee. Mimosas were available if you want to start at 6:30 in the morning. They did have a juicer which was nice but a little dated.

it is a true resort with almost all recreation facility plus some more available. Close to town and tango dance and Casino in same compound. Great Restaurant. Breakfast may need new offering on a different day.

Friendly staff, restaurant has very limited menus, not great pool service, would stay at another hotel if we returned for a visit to the falls.

The location is central to everything in Iguazu.
The dinner and tango show is walking distance. The staff and crew are very nice.
