The location was perfect for local shops, restaurants and entertainment. The staff were very frendly and helpful. The view from the top of the hotel are second to none. We had a fabulous time celebrating pur 30th wedding anniversery with a bottle of bubbly on the roof. The night views were equally amazing too. Thank you very much for helping us create some wonderful memories.

I really enjoyed staying at O2, the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast offered has a variety of options. The staff was very accommodating and allowed me to leave my baggage before my check in time. The location is great walkable to the center of the area where there are many stores and restaurants.

There is a major security issue with this hotel that I need to caution travellers. When I have checked-in, entered my room and about to take shower, a man (another traveler) suddenly broke into my room, though I have already locked the door (there was no additional security lock that enables the door to partially open). When I reported to the hotel staff, they casually explained that it was due to a system glitch. But I wonder: shouldn’t each hotel room have a unique room key? How could it happen that they gave another traveler the same room key as my room? The other serious problem is that there is really NO way to securely lock your room to prevent someone to break in.
