ISONDU Iguazú

The location is fantastic, the staff were extremely helpful and kind, and I really enjoyed my stay. Even after I checked out (check out is at 10am by the way), the staff let me store my suitcase in a back room for the entire day until my bus left at 9pm that night. They are extremely accommodating and were patient answering my many questions with my basic Spanish.

I could hear everything that was going on in the hall through my door. Luckily there were only two other rooms there, and simply turning on the fan in the room did a good job of covering up any noises.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. One front desk lady was particularly helpful when we had a problem with a flight cancellation. The breakfast was good and in a pleasant eating area. The neighbourhood was quiet and had a good view of the river. It was a shame it was too hot to enjoy the balcony space. The pool was very welcome at the end of a long day at the Falls. The bathroom was a good size. It was only a short walk in a quiet and safe area to some good restaurants.

We were so disappointed with the layout of the room. There wasn't enough room in the bed area to put our suitcases, so we had to put them on a bench in the long narrow hallway. This made it very difficult to get by every time we went in or out. The room was very plain. The shelves were not useful and the fridge just seemed to stick out. There were no chairs in the room and the big balcony chairs were too big to pull into the room. It was definitely one our most diasppointing choices on our holiday.

The staff were helpful, the breakfast was plentiful.

The pool was a bit tired
