Great cheap get away accomodation
Super value for 3-4 friends looking for a cheap get away in Cologne. Everything is there for cooking and the shower is excellent. WiFi is provided and their is electric scooters usually parked just outside the door. Super market about 50m away from apartment too. Mr Frank was very accommodating too.

Location is near to U-bahn
We were disappointed when we came in. Curtain drapes all went loose, rods were not fitted correctly, and were unable to close the window curtains. Windows facing the street and the other apartment building. Towels provided were smelly and so worn. One side of ball roller on shower screen was worn out, need to be replaced, and shower screen could drop if not careful. Also found a couple of dirty socks left in the drawer. With the price we paid, it's way too much for that kind of studio. Though the manager of the apartment was kind and helped us to launder our clothes for free (it was advertised having laundry facility but it did not).

Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the metro/subway, 2 minutes walk from bakery, cafe, supermarket, kebab shop. On road parking or car park round the back of the property.
