Place was very dirty, was leftover food on a plate when we checked in and it just generally was a very bad selling environment. Literally gave us the bare minimum, not even toilet paper included.

terrible housing

Absolutely nothing. The owner should be banned from renting out this property. It's a pity I can only add 4 photos. I have a lot of interesting photos. Cockroaches. Bedding. How creepy Anna looks with cockroaches.

Nothing matches the photo. I insist you don't take this apartment. Everything is old. Everything is broken. The electricity in this apartment is completely unsafe. The photo attached shows how to connect the stove for cooking. The kettle didn't work. It's broken and stands there for customers. The TV didn't turn on. The Wi-Fi didn't work. There were cockroaches. They gave us bed linen and towels for 20 euros. There were only two towels. There were no small ones. There were no towels for the kitchen. The bed linen was terrible.The refrigerator was turned off. There was pizza left in there. It smelled inside like someone had died. It's a pity I can only add 4 photos. I have a lot of interesting photos. Cockroaches. Bedding. How creepy Anna looks with cockroaches.

The place doesn't look like the photos. I don't understand how it can be listed on Booking.com, a prestigious website. This place really shouldn't be listed.

I arrived with my family to spend a few days in Cologne, but when we got there we found a room with two double beds and no sheets. The pillows and duvet were dirty and of very poor quality. The room was filthy. The sink and stovetop were covered in grease. The bathroom cabinet was old and broken. The door didn't seem very secure and kept moving in the wind. It was a truly awful experience.

Nothing, couldn’t wait to leave.

Felt very unsafe, everything was dirty, mattresses stained with god knows what, looks nothing like the pictures. It should be illegal to charge money for an apartment like that. 0/10 don’t do it, its not worth the few euros you might save.

The view

The black mold on multiple spots on the window wall. Dirty windows. Brown stain on the wall in the bathroom. Hair "everywhere". Bed bugs (or similar blood drinking biting bugs) - killed one, got bite marks 2nd and 3rd night. The tower building has vermin traps on the floor level and an unpleasant sweet odor near the elevators possibly from bed bug infestation. The curtain doesn’t shut out light. Drilling sounds in the morning. The fridge creates a lot of condensation. Some amount of red tiny ants.

A complete disappointment and a huge disgrace.

First of all, there was filth under the beds and everywhere in the house. The bedspread was dirty and stained and there were lots of hairs on the pillows. The things they put up as pillows were definitely not pillows. They were thin and the size of a sitting cushion. It was impossible to sleep on those pillows.The inside of the main building smelled bad. There was not even hand soap in the bathroom. We had to wash our hands with hair shampoo after using the toilet. Also, the shampoo and all the other boxes were filthy, half-filled and used.In general, it is definitely not a place where a person can stay. It is designed entirely for the purpose of making money, but the owner has rented it out from a distance and has not even visited the room. When the bed is dirty, it is impossible to sleep anyway. IT IS NO DIFFERENT THAN STAYING ON THE STREET WHEN YOU ARE NOT SLEEPING. PLEASE do not mediate the sale of this place and damage your own brand value even more. Thank you.

The place was absolutely filthy, cupboard under the sink dirty with some rubbish left in there to rot, fridge hasn’t been cleaned for ages, under the bed very thick layer of dust and food bits, no bedsheets, duvets and pillows horrible, bugs everywhere, shower absolutely filthy, no toilet paper, bottle of soap was filled up with water, the only good thing there was the view

Quality of space did not meet our expectations.

The room was swept and tidy , but the sanitary space was disappointing.

The sink tap is almost broken, difficult to handle, the bathtub does not drain quickly. The parking is to be payed but we were not informed before. You need to provide your own bed covers or rent from them, which could make it an extra cost. There are no toilet papers, and we were not informed about that. At the end it cost you more, yet the quality of service does not meet up.

This apartment is terrible. It was a nightmare to stay there. Never rent it!

The location is not bad, but everything that depends on the owner is terrible.

The owner of the apartment is completely irresponsible towards his guests. The fridge doesn't work. The stove doesn't work. There is an electric kettle that takes about three hours to heat the water slightly. There are no normal chairs with backs, just a few small, low wooden chairs without backs that you can't sit on for more than 15 minutes. The pillows are awful. The windows are dirty. They probably never clean them. When I made the reservation and paid for my stay, I received the following messag: "You can bring your own towels and bed linen or you can use our towel and bed linen service for €10 per person. Unfortunately, we cannot be reached by phone." I sent €20 to the account given in the message, but I did not know if they received it. When we arrived, we found that the apartment only had bottom sheets, but no duvet covers or pillowcases. There were no towels either. We had to buy these things ourselves, even though we had paid for them. There was no way to contact the owners. The porter told us he didn't know anything about them, and they didn't give us a phone number or address to contact. When we started explaining to him that the fridge wasn't working, he started yelling at us. A big inconvenience of the accommodation is that they give the key very late, only at 5 pm, while everywhere else it is normal to receive the key at 2 or 3 pm at the latest.

Shower facilities were AVERAGE. The rest…

First entrance - awful marijuana smoke smell, my 6 yo son asked me why it smelled like that. NO BED SHEETS, they anounced us in the same day that we had to pay, we went to IKEA and bought, it was cheaper. No cleaning, no broom or anything…. I have only one thing to say: Abandon all hope ye who enter here!

Not a single dustbin was available in whole appartement. Kitchen cabinets were broken and were laying outside the kitchen (in the room). Wifi and TV was not functional. TV remote was not working due to demaged batteries.

Worst place to stay

The owner is really bad we couldn't check in due to broken bed, bathroom door didn't lock properly it keeps opening and there is no parking space available so we asked the receptionst that she gave us the key to contact him and she said he will come in 10-15 minutes but he never showed up we ended sleeping in the car cause we couldn't find parking lot and the appartement had its own parking lot but with a gate he didn't come to help so we had to go back and he refused to give us the money back we were with 2 kids and my in laws it was so embarrassing cause I was the one who booked for them and them came to this disaster

Please never book here its so bad appartement you pay money for broken bed no privacy bathroom door keeps opening and most importantly no parking space we were looking for 2 hours our money went in the bin with this owner and the place was felt not safe a lot of drunk people on the street and people looked no ok worst experience ever and the worst is booking.com never care for their customers even if they end up sleeping in the street I won't book here again so disgusting experience I have attached photos as proof for my situation and I have more photos showing there is no parking space at all we stand few seconds in wrong place just to get the key we thought we can find a place but nope all went wrong

Did not end up staying, whole experience was shocking

Walk in then walked straight out, family did not feel safe, apartment was not clean. Porter did not speak a word of my language. She was getting annoyed when I could not understand her. There was a poster of a wanted man in the foyer. On arrival there was a police car patrolling the area, with both policemen looking up at the apartments. Don't know if this had anything to do with the poster. After we had left I received a rude what's app message from the owner, asking me what the problem with the porter was. The owner then reported my stay as a no show to booking.com, it was not a no show, I just was not putting my family through what staying there for a night would have been like. I do not recommend!!!!!!

Nothing - it was dreadful

The property was not as advertised. It was extremely unclean, many electrics (lights, wifi) did not work, the shower could only dribble water at the highest pressure, the area felt very unsafe and the facilities were not fit for purpose.

The owner of the property didn’t bother replying to us. It is really hot and congested in the apartment. The doors and locks don’t work even in the bathroom. There were no towels or fans anywhere either. Quality of partner was really bad.

Nothing. I did not like anything at this location.

This place was miserable. It’s just a room with mattresses. No fans and no air conditioning. No sheets on the bed. No towels in the bathroom. The wifi code was partial and we had to guess the last digits to get access. There was NO response from the host through the Bookings app when we couldnt get into the BUILDING to get to the room! We finally got in with the help from a kind resident who opened the door for us. We were afraid to leave in fear that we wouldn’t be able to get back in, since the reception desk was of absolutely no help with getting us into the buidling. It was a horrible experience. We seriously considered leaving and going to a hotel.

The location was very good , it’s far from the center about 15 min with metro and less with car ( the best location for the tourists without cars)

Not a bad place, more suitable for a large families or group of students who don't want to overpay

A good location, near a train stations, tram stops. Not bad place to stay with a family or a frends. There is a kitchen were you can prepare some food etc. Personal was awailable and helpd with internet issue we faced.

Pillows, pillows were awful. Wi-Fi router was turned off, we had difficulties to switch it on.
